A couple days ago I went to the San diego wild animal park and spent the night there with my old friends from school and my dad came too. But the bad thing was I was eating wheat and dairy and it totally messed up my face and I can't stop licking my lips!

Have any tips?

Shelly & Jumper

Once upon a time...

There was a nine-year-old girl named Shelly. Shellly had a dog named Jumper, his name was Jumper because every morning Jumper would jump on Shelly to wake her up. Jumper didn't mind doing it, but Shelly did. Jumper wakes her up like that because he's so eager to eat breakfast.
One day shelly's mom said that if Jumper kept doing it they would have to get rid of him! Shelly had to train Jumper not to do that quick, so Shelly got right to work. Training Jumper would be hard work, so that afternoon they went to the library. Shelly got a book all about training dogs! For the rest of the day Shelly kept trying. It was going pretty well, the next morning Jumper jumped on Shelly to wake her up! This time Shelly didn't tell her mom! After breakfast Shelly went right to work on training Jumper. That night before bed she prayed to God saying, "Dear Heavenly father, please any type of way would you surprise me witih Jumper not jumping on me, Amen." Then the next day Shelly woke up by herself, "jumper didn't jump on me!" she said. God totally blessed her! The next day Shelly thanked God for blessing her.

Oh No Cats!

Yesterday I went to see my friend Jael. We have been friends since we were babies. My friend Gigi and Faith were there too. We've been friends since we were babies too. We played Barbies and school, it was fun.

The reason I'm blogging about this is because Jael has cats and I'm allergic to cats. I really broke out last night. My face, arms, and my legs were really itchy. Then, my mom gave me Benadryl and it helped a little bit. My Grandma Beverly got a wet paper towel for me to wet my eyes whenever I needed to. Then me and my grandma went to wash my face and we almost used the bathroom really close to the back room with the cats!

Today I did a apple test. I drank apple juice. Then I went to the mall and I had sushi that had cucumber. The Feingold program said that cucumber was bad. So I can't tell if it's the cucumber or from the apple juice, but I got two little pink dots on my face. I think I can't have apples.

Camping

Last week I went camping at Mammoth with the youth group. It was hard for me not to have phenol foods while I was there. I tried only a little bit, but I couldn't resist it. I drank a tiny bit of orange juice and then it was gross so I put it down. Then I drank water and 7-Ups. Then I just kept having phenol, more and more and more.

Half way through the week my mouth got terrible. It looked red with lots and lots of rashes and my fingers started cracking. Then I started taking No-Fenol every day at breakfast, lunch and dinner and then it started getting really, really good. I put Neosporin on too. Then my face got better.

Pineapple Test

Today I drank a pineapple smoothie for a test.I only got two pink dots and a stomach ache.

Sometimes bananas make me throw up so I don't eat them.
